The Espinho Business Center, located in the Industrial Zone of Paramos (Portugal), was officially inaugurated this Monday, June 16, in a symbolic ceremony marking the completion of a project with significant impact on the municipality. Representing a total investment of around 20 million euros, the new facility emerges as a cornerstone of economic development, job creation, and territorial attractiveness.
Construction began approximately two years ago, with the center designed to establish a new hub within the parish of Paramos, combining modernity, functionality, and urban integration. The inauguration was attended by the Mayor of Espinho, Maria Manuel Cruz, City Council members Lurdes Rebelo and Leonor Lêdo da Fonseca, and the President of the Paramos Parish Council, Manuel Dias, as well as the project’s promoters and representatives from the Tagar Group.
Although some exterior landscaping and public infrastructure works are still being finalized, the site already presents a renewed image of the industrial zone. It is expected to attract companies from various sectors, with the potential to create new jobs and retain a younger population.
